Industrial/government track Submission Instructions
Abstracts and full papers must be submitted via email to kdd2003@ics.uci.edu.
Abstracts must be received on or before February 21, 2003, at 12 noon PST (Pacific Standard Time).
An abstract may not contain more than 250 words. No paper will be
considered without having the abstract submitted on time. Full papers must be received on or before February 28, 2003, at 12 noon PST.
Papers must be no more than 10 pages in length, inclusive of all figures, tables, references and appendixes.
Papers should be submitted in ACM proceedings format (2 columns, 9pt font, apprx. 1in margins).

Abstracts and full papers should include the following information: contact author, email address, physical address, telephone number, and keywords.
Papers must be submitted in PDF format. Authors are solely responsible for ensuring that their submissions display and print properly.
