KDD-2003 Call for Exhibits

[The call in PDF format is also available.]

The Ninth ACM SIGKDD International Conference on Knowledge Discovery and Data Mining (KDD-2003) is the premiere event for the data mining community, bringing together KDD professionals from around the world. KDD has enjoyed growing rates of attendance, both from academia and industry. On average, 40 percent of the attendees have academic affiliations while 60 percent are affiliated with industry.

Exhibits are crucial to KDD, as the field is driven by innovative application of new concepts, products, and services. Nine years ago, KDD exhibits were a half-day display of research prototypes. Today, KDD exhibits are an industry event, eagerly sought by practitioners, researchers and vendors in the field. At KDD-2002, more than forty Exhibitors participated and benefited from exposure to the data mining community. This year s location, Washington DC, promises a larger collection of potential users, clients, and agencies with numerous data mining opportunities.
