The top international KD/DM conference

KDD-2003, the ninth annual international conference on knowledge discovery and data mining, provides a forum for academic researchers and industry and government practitioners to share their findings and experience. It will feature keynote addresses, invited speakers, research posters, workshops, tutorials and panels, as well as the KDD Cup competition. The KDD conference regularly attracts the most dynamic players in the industry. It’s the best venue for finding out the latest trends in business and academic research, and for exchanging information with the field’s major participants.

This year’s conference will be held in Washington, DC, on August 24-27, 2003. We anticipate exceptionally high attendance by commercial, government, and research participants because of the conference’s location and the outstanding program. It will take place jointly with ICML-2003, the Twentieth International Conference on Machine Learning, and COLT-2003, the Sixteenth Annual Conference on Computational Learning Theory.

KDD-2003 is organized by the ACM Special Interest Group on Knowledge Discovery in Data and Data Mining (SIGKDD), a nonprofit membership organization providing the premier forum for advances in knowledge discovery and data mining.
